Terms and Conditions

Introduction

• “Otef Israel”’s website (“the Site”) is operated by the “Otef Israel” association and serves as an information and support center for the project. The site enables fundraising, presentation of project details, and information about its partners.
• The use of masculine language in these terms is for convenience only and refers equally to all genders.
• The use of the site and donations through it are subject to the conditions detailed in these terms.
• The act of donating through the site constitutes a declaration by the user that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. These terms constitute a binding contract between you and the site operators.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Donation Cancellation
   • Donations can be canceled within 14 days of making them, subject to the donation not having been used in project activities.
   • Cancellation should be made through written request to the email address: [email address]
   • Cancellation confirmation will be given in writing and the refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the donation.
2. Cancellation Fees
   • Cancellation fees of 5% of the donation amount or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) may be charged, According to the Consumer Protection Law – 1981.
3. Non-Refundable Donations
   • Donations made during special campaigns where it was clearly stated that no refunds are possible.

Privacy Policy

1. Information Collection and Use
   • The site collects personal information such as name, email address, and payment details for processing donations and improving service.
   • Information will not be disclosed or shared with third parties except for donation processing purposes.
2. Information Security
   • We employ advanced measures to secure personal information.
   • Site operators will not be liable for damage caused by events beyond their control, such as database breaches.
3. User Rights
   • Users have the right to review their personal information, update it, or request its deletion, subject to legal requirements.

Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights on the site, including texts, images, designs, and other content, belong to the “Otef Israel” project.
• Copying, distributing, or using content from the site without written permission from site operators is prohibited.

Law and Jurisdiction

• Interpretation of these terms and any disputes arising from them shall be in accordance with Israeli law only.
• Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts in the Tel Aviv-Yafo, Haifa, Jerusalem, or Be’er Sheva districts.
